In this project, the traveler Tulpar finds his missing part in a parking lot for old cars. When Tulpar installed the missing part, he suddenly turned into a transformer. Tulpar did not expect that his life will change so much. Belasar is a huge unique robot that has enslaved thousands of cars in the city. Belasar is going to conquer the city and then the country with the help of his army of robots. The only one who can withstand this danger is Tulpar. The cartoon presents the theme of the global trend - Transformers on a national basis. This animated series brings up patriotism, courage, kindness and love in children.
