The events of the TV series about an agency that deals with consumer complaints. Thus, a person who has reached financial and social collapse due to his lack of education is forced to seek help from qualified specialists. The agency handles various cases. And the most difficult, dead-end cases among them are marked with a special "black mark" and transferred to a young specialist of the agency dealing with such exceptional cases. Eight different adventures will be presented in eight sections. Eight different events, as equivalent as possible to real life, are accompanied by difficulties and interesting events.
